RHBP UPDATE

Counsel appeared in Court December 17, 2025 to seek an Order approving the settlement. Following the appearance, Chief Justice Morawetz issued the below Order dated December 17, 2025, approving the settlement. The issuance of this Order starts the timeline for any appeals. We do not anticipate any appeals at this time. However, we cannot distribute any payments until the appeal deadline has passed.

 

We will send you a further email communication after the appeal deadline has passed with up-to-date information regarding your anticipated pro-rata share of the settlement funds, as well as information about the anticipated timing of the payment. At this time, we expect to be in a position to distribute payments to members in the first quarter of 2026.
